Since moving to Wisconsin, I've adopted an unusual fascination with Farmer's Markets. While I'm exceedingly crafty myself, it is enjoyable to window shop the vendors...I enjoy admiring the works of the hands of others. It is an opportunity to walk, discuss one's personal tastes and preferences, elaborate upon artistic pursuits and goals...it's also an incredible opportunity to network, meet new people, and expand one's vision of art itself. In my opinion, a first 'date' is more of a platonic meeting of minds. It should be informal, relaxed and devoid of unrealistic expectations. Proper etiquette would dictate that a first date consist of ample opportunity for conversation, coffee consumption and open ended discussions about absolutely everything
