I've been going on walks alot lately. Nothing special, just weaving in and out of the neighborhood in whatever direction my feet take me. Nearly every day... originally for the exercise, but I'm finding I enjoy them more and more lately. Just me, an mp3 player and the breeze... clears my head, lets me think.
ANYWAY... about that thinking... point is, more than a few times I've pondered how nice it would be to have someone there with me. I passed a park the other day... got pictures of sitting on a swing-set next to some... imaginary girl in my head... talking about all the stuff I think about.
ANYWAY... I realize how very sappy all this sounds, but I'll be damned if it isn't all true. I really would like to take someone on a walk with me some time. :/ :P :)
I'm happiest when in the midst of a great conversation. I prefer my first dates to be pretty basic affairs that allow for lots of conversation: preferably a stroll in a park, cemetery, or city are the ways I like to go... see more >>

I suppose that's traditional, but I'm not interested in where I go, but with who I'm going with...
A walk along the seaside or in a forest would be a good non-formal setting for getting to know someone, whatever the weather. It could end with a drink of some kind in a pub or coffee shop along the way. Perhaps a rustic... see more >>

Sunset or moon watching could figure in there somewhere too...I guess it would depend on how cold it is, or how warm the conversation gets
