I imagine going to the IMA to and getting to know each based on our relation to art, perhaps spending time in the gardens, and eventually later in the evening seeing a movie at the IMAX theater next door

Museums are nice, long walks at night, wine, cafes. Perhaps a stroll through a graveyard, either way, something quiet, so that we may talk, and get to know one another.

A museum where we could wander and chat about the different exhibits. The zoo. A hike with a view. Any sort of activity other than sitting at a table nervously stating at each other and trying to make small talk.
Catching a small venue playing chamber music...an art museum...coffee and pie...a walk through the woods...anything low key that allows for conversation and general "getting to know you" type of things
L.A. Art Museum is a great place, it is very creative place and has a lot of wonderful art to look at. It is a great place to talk and look around at all the amazing art work.
Anything that's not boring or awkward. I like theme parks, mueseums. I think movie dates are for later times, you don't get to know each other in movies.
well ya i regret it but this was my first date and he took me to see vincent vangoghs starry starry night (copy unfortunatly) but it was fune c: dont miss him at all though. that little fucker c:
I don`t like crowded places so i prefer quiet and cosy cafeteria, museum or art gallery for example, where i can enjoy the talk or discussion with nice company, and walk in the nearby park is a perfect end for a date.

My favorite museums are the Gustave Moreau or Cluny (Paris), Wadsworth Athenium (in Hartford, CT), and the Phila Museum of Art (I was born and raised in Philly) and the Metropolitan in NYC. It would most likely be on a Tuesday evening and would have to include a walk in the gardens, which overlook the St. John's River. From there, it would be a walk along Riverside Ave., and end at Starbucks with beverages and conversation...from there we would just improvise
Movies and dinner would be something I'd say a date should be.
Walking around for hours just talking about eachother would be good way to get to know eachother.
Meeting to hang out together at arts gallery or museums.
