I would want to get lunch somewhere, and learn more about the person. If I like them, I would ask if they wanted to have a drink or two with me. It's as simple as that.
To go out to eat somewhere get ice cream after the fancy dinner or some treat and then just relax watching the stars and getting to know each other on a personal level.

honestly? probably lunch, jokes maybe a few drinks then walk around the city, see a movie, I'm not totally sure. Go with the flow.

Well my idea of first date is having a nice time by going out probably for lunch or dinner or to have some drinks together just to know each other more better
maybe you could take me to a concert or to see a movie or even a local band you like and take me back to your place to spend the night no strings attached unless you want them to be
