Once upon a time I was devilish...Then I was roguish...Now I'm just cute.

Cute is the kissing cousin of ugly...Now I'm a firm believer that whatever you are you be that full heartedly...Meaning if you're going to be tough and ugly be that...If you're going to be dainty and sweet then be that...No half ass tries.

Problem can usually be traced to one source and I've found it...Although I have several Achille's Heels.

Love of midget porn maybe one but not my major worry...One I love bad food...If it involves the words "Deep Fried" "Breaded" "A heart attack's Dream" then I may have ate it.

Now most of my life my genes have saved me and kept me trim but lately my metabolism needs a jump start.

Secondly I'm no longer being sleazy and sweating testosterone trying to do dirty deeds with women who are amused at my humour or fascinated by my stories of chihuahuas and the time I mooned some nuns.

What happens in a relationship is that nature fucks with the man and he slowly makes less "Man Juice." It's a way for the man to slow down and settle...Which sucks cause my high man juice levels are what's kept me active, silly, mascuine AND THIN...Cus a fat Noodles is a sad Noodles.

So happiness is sabatoging my quest to be George Cloony's body double and to finally wear those assless Speedo's at the condo pool...You know give the ladies a taste of what they're missing.

Why you laughing?...Bastards.

Anyways have to figure out a way to kick in to the levels I like or am used to...I fear there are only 3 options:

1. Juice...Which I won't because it's wrong and illegal and will hurt your body long term

2. Suppliments...HGH...Natrual enzyme catalysts...Maybe even some B-12 shots to zoom up

3. Squats which activate the muscles...Making the body produce more testosterone.

Damn it...2 things I hate...Expensive enzymes/suppliments and exercise.

Sooooooo...Just ordered some stuff...And starting Monday I go back to wearing/lugging 16 pounds of equipment 8 hours a day.

Lets see 08/26/10 My waist is a 33 and I weighed in at 206.5lbs...Lets see where my fat ass is in a month.

Well it's all down to your girlfriend saying "But Noodles I love you just the way you are" meaning now you've got a paunch other women won't find you attractive, etc, etc!

Mind if your waist is only 33 that's not a big deal. Mind it depends which part of your waist you measured!!!!

Eating very healthy and exercising did it for me, lost 20 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks...but the diabetes might also have something to do with that...hard to say. Hard go give up those bad foods we love so much, but it's definitely worth it in the end.

Im weighing in at about 14 stone 10 pounds, which is the most heavy I have ever been. I put on weight now alot easier than I did in the 18-20 age bracket when I was 12 stone and couldnt put weight on for shit.

My advice.

1) Get a Good Multivit
2) On the internet you can find lists of food that boost Testesterone levels if your really that concerned about that.
3) The Big Multijoint exercises, heavy Squats, Deadlifts have been scientificly proven to boost testesterone levels. I actually dont life heavy weights anymore. Simply because it fucks up the joints eventually. The muscles, tendons and liagments can handle it, the joints eventually over the years grind down.
My training tends to be running, Circuit Classes, Boxing training which is fast hard and kinda circuit based and body weight strength exercises. Gone are the heavy weights, simply because I dont wanna end up like many guys I have come across who now cant run or move thanks to years of smashing out heavy poundages. And whats the point in having a Ferrai body, with a Sokda engine?
Botton line, Fitness is more important for overall health, weight control and general well being. Which can be achieved by cardiovasuclar training. The advantage of body weight circuit classes you get a good degree of muscle tone and strength and still achieve high levels of fitness and burn plenty of fat.
