Quoting Prowler90:
Im weighing in at about 14 stone 10 pounds, which is the most heavy I have ever been. I put on weight now alot easier than I did in the 18-20 age bracket when I was 12 stone and couldnt put weight on for shit.
My advice.
1) Get a Good Multivit 2) On the internet you can find lists of food that boost Testesterone levels if your really that concerned about that. 3) The Big Multijoint exercises, heavy Squats, Deadlifts have been scientificly proven to boost testesterone levels. I actually dont life heavy weights anymore. Simply because it fucks up the joints eventually. The muscles, tendons and liagments can handle it, the joints eventually over the years grind down. My training tends to be running, Circuit Classes, Boxing training which is fast hard and kinda circuit based and body weight strength exercises. Gone are the heavy weights, simply because I dont wanna end up like many guys I have come across who now cant run or move thanks to years of smashing out heavy poundages. And whats the point in having a Ferrai body, with a Sokda engine? Botton line, Fitness is more important for overall health, weight control and general well being. Which can be achieved by cardiovasuclar training. The advantage of body weight circuit classes you get a good degree of muscle tone and strength and still achieve high levels of fitness and burn plenty of fat.
